CONSULTATIONS

As a working witch I am available for consultation. I work to help people to help themselves to fulfill need, resolve problems and find answers.

My work often takes the form of guidance, advice and readings and where necessary the making and supplying of traditional charms and magical substances as well as the performing of spells.

I work upon the appropriate hour of the appropriate day under the appropriate phase of the moon. If charms are needed they are hand created and empowered individually for each client.

Powders and Incenses

Magical substances such as powders and incenses are found in the folk-magic traditions of many cultures and they were and still are part of the Cunning Craft in Cornwall where a variety of potent substances have long been supplied to clients by village Wise-Folk to aid various magical needs.

I hand prepare a potent range of working powders and magical incenses; created and empowered or ‘charged’ at the times appropriate to the intent for which they are made. It must be noted that these substances are ‘live’ or ‘active’ in that they are charged with magical virtue. Much like charms they are created to do a job, to attract the appropriate energies and encourage change.

Household charms are intended to attract energies to, or repel unwanted energies from the home, its contents and inhabitants.

Places like windows, doorways, the chimney, hearth etc. are seen as points where energies may enter the home thus they are the traditional placements for household charms where they can work to attract what is desired and repel what is not.

Personal charms are carried on the person and are made to work for the individual. These have long been made in Cornwall in the form of tiny bags which would be worn by the client around the neck.

These charms traditionally contain intricately folded written charms and a mixture of potent substances appropriate to the charm's intent.

My Code of Practice

  • All dealings with my clients, information supplied and personal details are treated in the strictest of confidence.
  • My work is to aid and not to harm.
  • If the recipient of the work is not the client I request that the recipient has full knowledge, consent and involvement with the work to be done on their behalf.
  • I will reject all requests for work intended to force an individual into a relationship against their will (see my note on 'love magic' below)

A Note regarding Love Magic

I will not accept requests to supply charms or perform magic intended to bring back a lover who has chosen to leave a relationship, or to force an unrequited love into a relationship against their will. To do so will ultimately be deeply harmful for all concerned. To force an individual into a relationship against their will shows disregard for their true feelings and to be in a relationship with someone who is not there because they truly want to be is not a situation to be desired.

Whilst such work may appear to work temporarily, an individual's true will always breaks through in the end resulting in all likelihood in a deeply traumatic ending to what was a forced and ultimately artificial relationship.

All charms and workings for Love will be undertaken only with the intent to attract suitable new partnerships or to strengthen & bless existing relationships provided this is desired by both parties.

 

How Do Charms Work?

Charms are there to help and aid. When a client needs to make changes in their life a charm will attract the appropriate energies to help them do this and make it an easier ride, it wont do it all for you, it is a partnership. All things that are worthwhile in life require effort, action on the ethereal plane needs to be backed up action on the physical plane in order to create actual change. A charm is like the kindling wood, it will help start things off but the client will need to add the logs from time to time to keep things going. A charm will bring the right energies into the situation and it is up to the client to recognise these energies and take the appropriate action in their lives to allow these energies to do their job and work to their full effect.
